Type 400: Balanced Cord Weave Belt (WG-I) / Compound Weave

Tribelt is producer of metal belts like woven wire belts, eyelink belts, honeycomb, lotension belts, furnace belts etc. These T400 balanced weave conveyor belts are made, similarly as the types 100 or 200, of wide wound spiral wire. However, in order to achieve a maximum density of the wire belt, the balanced weave belt is made in such way, that it has more spirals and cross wires for one pitch (3, 4 or 6). The ends of these wires are terminated with a weld. The spiral wire belt can be of round or flat profile. This cord weave belt is very dense and well retains heat.
