Type 500: Flat Spiral Belt ( ES )

Tribelt is producer of al kinds of different metal wire belts like furnace belts, oven belts etc. The flat spiral belt is made of close wound spiral wire of round profile. Alternating left and right hand spirals are mutually interconnected by means of perpendicular cross wires. The ends of these wires are either terminated with a loop or clinch or with a weld.

Features of this tight woven belt :

• Straight running of the flat spiral wire belt
• Special modification of cross wires prevents loosening of spiral wires
• Little open area enables transportation of small products
• Long lifetime of these metalwire belts
• It is not suitable for transportation of products, which leave residues on the woven belt, these -will blind the meshbelt and worsen its function.
