Type 700: Conventional Weave Belt Reinforced / Heat Treatment Belt

Tribelt is producer of all kinds of metal wire belts (honeycomb, eye-link, woven wire etc) These T700 universal weave belts are made from unilateral wound (either left hand or right hand) spirals. These spirals are mutually connected with cross wires terminated with welds. Further variant of this conveyor belt is a wire belt with double woven spiral (double balanced weave), therefore very suitable as a heat treatment belt / furnace belt. The double balanced belt is very strong, and can handle high temperature loads (a.o. tunnel oven belt).

Features of these heat treatment belt / furnace belt :

• The belt is suitable for high load and high temperatures
• It is very sensitive during adjustment and running, it is suitable only for low velocities
• It tends to running to side, namely in the direction of spiral winding

Application of this universal weave mesh belt / double balanced woven belt :

As a cheat treatment conveyor belt in hardening and tempering furnaces and for further thermal treatments, up to the temperature of 1150 °C, tunnel oven belt. These belt are mainly used as a heat treatment oven belt / furnace belt (high temperature belt)
