Type 300: Balanced Weave Belt S-Finish (WS)

Tribelt is producer of metal wire belts (mesh belts, honeycomb, eyelink etc.). These woven wire belts consists of alternating right and left hand spirals joined by a crimped connector. These mesh belt is the most versatile and widely used metal wire belt, thanks to its characteristics of true travel, good flexibility, excellent strength-to-weight ratio, flat surface, and minimum maintenance. These mesh belts are also available as a Double Balanced construction, which is an assembly of pairs of right and left hand spirals properly spaced by crimped connectors. Cord Weave mesh belts have very dense meshes may require a straight connector .

Balanced Woven belts can be also be used in continuous ovens up to temperatures of 1150°C. The selvages of the balanced woven wire belt for high temperatures are ladder or knuckled. Wire belts can also be supplied with reinforced selvages and guard edges. The main special materials permitting these metal conveyor belts to work continuously at high temperatures are: 25/20, AISI 314 stainless steel, Ni-Cr 37/18, Ni-Cr 37/18 Cb, Ni-Cr 80-20, Inconel 600 and Inconel 601.
