From design to finished product, we realize everything in-house, thanks to our passionate team of engineers, salespeople and operators. With one of the largest machine parks for metal conveyor belts in the Netherlands, we quickly respond to the changing needs of our customers. Tribelt specialises in metal conveyor belts. Originally started as a belt manufacturer, we now offer much more than just production. Thanks to our broad expertise and years of experience, we have mastered all technical and functional aspects of conveyor systems.
We support our customers with expert advice, from design and strength calculations to drives and technical optimisations. All products are manufactured entirely in our own factory in the Netherlands. Because design, production and assembly take place at a single location, we can respond quickly and guarantee short delivery times.
We carry out strict quality controls throughout the entire production process. This ensures consistent, high product quality and maximum reliability in practice. With our integrated approach, we offer customised solutions and complete peace of mind from start to finish.

Shortly after the end of the Second World War, two Stork employees saw a growing shortage of suppliers of parts, such as metal wire components and industrial springs. They then decided to set up Verenfabriek De Spiraal and started their business in a small shed next to one of their homes in Hengelo.
Years later, De Spiraal grew into a full-fledged factory with its own production hall at Industriestraat 225 in Hengelo, in the Twentekanaal-Noord industrial park. At the time, this location offered enough space for both staff and machines. During this period, De Spiraal established itself as a regionally recognized supplier of spring and wire forms.
Due to continuous growth and the arrival of new CNC-controlled machines, the location on Industriestraat became too small. In 2000, De Spiraal therefore moved to a modern new building at Spinelstraat 55 in the Twentekanaal-Zuid industrial park. This move made a significant expansion of the machine park possible and marked a new phase of professionalization and automation.
In the same building on Spinelstraat, sister company Tribelt BV was founded in 2002. Under the leadership of former owners Willy Sticker, René Spoelder and René Frielink, the latter with a background in metal conveyor belts, a new course was started. As a trio, hence the name (Tri) belt, they focused on the development and production of metal conveyor belts and were quickly able to position themselves as an innovative player in this niche market.
Due to the continued growth of both companies, it was decided in 2015 to move to a significantly larger location at Metaalstraat 9 in Haaksbergen. The new location, with 9,000 m² of production area, 2,000 m² of storage space and 1,000 m² of office space, offered plenty of space for further development. De Spiraal had now established itself as the market leader in the Netherlands, while Tribelt experienced strong international growth.
In 2019, De Spiraal and Tribelt were acquired by the Lesjöfors Group, a Scandinavian market leader in spring and wire products. This acquisition made both companies part of a global network of more than 40 sister companies, significantly strengthening their international strength and technological capabilities.
Today, De Spiraal and Tribelt operate from their modern office in Haaksbergen. As part of the international Lesjöfors Group, they benefit from global knowledge sharing, technological innovation and synergies with other specialist companies. At the same time, they remain true to their origins: providing high-quality customized solutions in springs, wire forms and metal conveyor belts.
