• ‍Meat: In the further processing of meat, metal conveyor belts play an important role. They are used for blanching, steaming, cooking, grilling, baking, frying, cooling and freezing. Depending on the application, Tribelt supplies rectilinear transport systems, curved belts or spiral installations in the form of spiral towers. These flexible solutions make compact production setups possible, while still achieving a high capacity. Our tires can be equipped with special options such as carriers, product carriers or side plates. This ensures that products, including irregularly shaped or sensitive products, remain stable and product integrity is guaranteed.

• Pisces: The fish industry places very high demands on installations and materials. Both at sea and on land, conveyor belts must be resistant to moisture, salt and heavy mechanical stress. Our tires are made of high-quality stainless steel, specially developed for these conditions. On board fishing vessels, our conveyor belts are used to process, sort and transport the catch. They are resistant to salt water and intensive use, ensuring a long life and reliable operation, even in extreme weather conditions. In onshore processing plants, our belts support processes such as glazing, freezing, cooling and packaging fish products. Thanks to the open structure of the belts, products are evenly cooled or frozen, which contributes to consistent product quality and high food safety.

• Dairy: In dairy processing and in the production of ready meals, metal conveyor belts also play a key role. During the process, dairy products or composite meals are often refrigerated or frozen to extend shelf life and ensure food safety. Our metal conveyor belts are suitable for tunnel and tower installations and can be fully customized. Additional functionalities, such as side plates, carriers or modified bandwidths, are possible. For dairy products such as cheese and yoghurt ingredients, as well as complete meals with dairy components, our belts ensure stable and hygienic transport, even under high humidity or low temperatures. This makes them extremely suitable for industrial processes where reliability and food safety are crucial.
