Our open spiral belts are available in various versions, including standard wide spiral belts, crushed variants, positively driven versions (ClearTrac) and models with special edge finishes, such as U-hooks.

Drives

Depending on the type of tire, there are two main forms of drive:

Friction drive: used in standard and crushed wide spiral belts and U-hook versions. Requires a sufficiently large drive roller and appropriate support, for example a herringbone profile with a PE1000 contact surface.
Positive drive with gears: like the Cleartrac tire. Prevents tire slip and ensures a straight run, even with larger width/length ratios.
- Gears are manufactured in-house according to customer specifications
- Available, among other things, in POM or stainless steel, with options for drilling, keyway and securing
