    • WHG harmonica mesh bands
    • Stainless steel rod straps
    • Heat-resistant link belts
    • Radius tyres for cornering installations
    • Strip belts for tunnel ovens
    • Grille belts for grilling and frying lines
    • Woven mesh baking belts for bakeries

Each type has been developed for specific industrial applications.

For which sectors are these conveyor belts suitable?

Our conveyor belts are used in:

    • Food industry: bakeries, cooling and freezing processes, frying and grilling lines
    • Metal industry: furnace belts for hardening, sintering and annealing
    • Architecture: stainless steel façade mesh and safety barriers

Machine builders also use our metal belts for special transport and production lines.

Are your conveyor belts suitable for high-temperature processes?

Yes. We supply heat-resistant conveyor belts up to 1150 °C, such as the Type 700 WHIG/WHIDG oven belt for heavy thermal processes. Other models, such as stainless steel grill belts or rod belts, are ideal for applications up to 400 °C, for example in bakeries, grilling systems and drying lines.

What are the benefits of a metal conveyor belt?

    Metal conveyor belts are:

    • Durable and keeps its shape
    • High temperature resistant
    • Easy to clean thanks to their open structure
    • Excellent in heat transfer

This makes them ideal for hygienic and intensive applications in the food and process industries.

Can Tribelt supply a customised conveyor belt?
