Our wire-edged belts are available in various versions, each with specific properties and applications:

OGB-L: Segments and links, provided with localisation wire. Suitable for bandwidths of up to 6,500 mm and cryogenic temperatures up to 600 °C.
OGB: Traditional wire-eye design with interwoven links. Bandwidths up to 6,500 mm, temperature range up to approximately 250 °C.
OGB-LF & OGB-F: Crushed eyes for very small mesh openings, ideal for small product transport such as seeds. Available with the same options as OGB-L.
OGB-S: Variable mesh size due to the use of springs instead of locating wire Ideal for processes where the distance between eyes must remain constant.

Drives

Wire-eyed tires are driven via specially designed tube drums, cage drums or drive wheels. These ensure a stable and reliable drive without tire slip, regardless of load or temperature. For OGB (-L) types, including OGB-LF, OGB-F, and OGB-S, we offer multiple drive options:

Tube drum: Closed drum with milled teeth for uniform drive, high hygiene standards and high load capacity. Mainly used in the food industry and industrial ovens.
Cage rubbish: Open construction with welded discs and strips, suitable for heavy loads. Can be used in ovens, cooling and freezing tunnels and drying tunnels.
Drive wheel: Milled gears for light to medium duty applications. Can be used flexibly in ovens, cooling and freezing tunnels, drying tunnels and cleaning installations.
