Our conveyor belts support the most important recycling processes:
- Collection and sorting of waste material: The process of receiving and sorting recycling material is crucial for the efficiency of the entire chain. Our metal conveyor belts are specifically designed to move heavy and often uneven loads, such as metals, plastics or mixed waste. Thanks to robust structures and variable widths, we can provide conveyor belts that exactly match the dimensions of your intake hall and sorting lines. Together with the customer, we determine which speed, length and belt type are most suitable to guarantee a constant flow while minimizing wear and tear.
- Pre-processing and shredding: After sorting, material is often reduced or shredded before further processing takes place. Our high-tensile tires with wear-resistant surface support this process by continuously supplying material to shredders, mills or crushing plants. Special versions, such as open structure tires for fine fractions or height modular band frames to adapt to multiple machines, ensure that each type of material is processed efficiently. In close cooperation with the customer, we select the correct belt pressure, running direction and drive to prevent failures and downtime.
- Transport to separation and processing: Moving sorted or reduced material to separation installations is often a complex logistical process. Our modular transport solutions make it possible to flexibly expand, tilt or split lines to multiple processing stations. For processes that require extra accuracy, such as magnetic separation or screening installations, we can provide conveyor belts with specific tire profiles, anti-slip surfaces or raised edges. In this way, we not only improve the efficiency, but also the safety and reliability of your recycling process.
- Disposal and storage of recycled material: The end process includes collecting, stacking or temporarily storing recycled material. Our customized conveyor belts and roller conveyors make it possible to move large volumes quickly and in a controlled manner. For heavy metals or bulk materials, we offer extra reinforced tire frames and adjustable inclines, while for light fractions, narrow, quick-change tires offer efficiency and ease of maintenance. In consultation with the customer, we design tailor-made routes that perfectly match their storage capacity and further logistics.
- Optional applications and customization: In addition to standard transport, we offer numerous additional solutions, such as chain belts for extremely heavy loads, flat or grooved transport surfaces, and integrated sensors for monitoring belt pressure and flow. Through intensive cooperation with our customers, we ensure that every transport line exactly matches the specific requirements of their recycling process — from material type and speed to installation environment and ease of maintenance.
