Our conveyor belts support the most important processes in AGF processing:

• Wash: One of the first process steps is cleaning the incoming products. This often happens in installations with metal conveyor belts.

• Steaming and cooking: Blanching, cooking or steaming are common process steps. For this purpose, metal belts with additional options are often used, such as carriers, side plates or side chains. Tribelt is happy to advise you on the best solution.

• Frying: Frying is an important step, especially in potato processing. These installations are equipped with specially designed metal belts, possibly with chains, carriers or trawls. Our engineers work out these tires carefully, so that you get a clear picture of the performance beforehand.

• Filtering/degreasing: During the frying process, oil is used. Tribelt ensures that this oil is recovered as much as possible and that the accumulation of oil or grease in underlying process installations is prevented. The oil is continuously filtered to stay clean and minimize waste.

• Drying, cooling and freezing: .Depending on the product and the available space, tunnel (rectilinear) or tower installations are used for cooling, drying or freezing. Tribelt supplies the right metal conveyor belts for this purpose.

• Specials: In addition to the standard processes, we can also offer customized solutions for specific applications. Think of carriers, product carriers, side plates, spacers, (DIY) chains or combinations of different tire types. Thanks to our extensive machine park, in-house engineering and tool shop, we achieve unprecedented freedom in tire solutions.
