Last week, we were delighted to welcome another large group of first-year Mechanical Engineering students from the University of Twente and the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Just like last year, they took on the challenge of throwing an object without using an electric motor.
During a tour through our production department and through the production hall of our sister company Tribelt BV, manufacturer of metal conveyor belts, the students got a look behind the scenes. They discovered how our products can be applied to their technical project.
This year, the students' interest was mainly in our compression springs, extension springs and torsion springs. Great to see how our daily work meets their learning goals!
